Animals -  You're allowed to bring your pets with you (by arrangement) !

Breakfast - From Monday to Friday from 6.30 am to 10 am, Saturday and Sunday from 7 am to 11 am

Banks - A few meters away from us there is a  Sparkasse which offers a 24h ATM service.

Bakery - On the opposite side of the street there is a bakery called Mangold. 

Bowling alley - In the cellar of our house there is a sports bowling alley with 2 lanes! Please book at the reception before you want to play.

Check-In - From 2pm, if you wish to check in earlier, please contact us.

Check-Out - You can check-out till 11am. (If you want to check-out later, please let us know)

Credit cards - We accept any type of credit card except American Express.

Doctor - In case you'll be in need of a doctor don't hesitate to ask our team at the reception or search online at www.docfinder.at

Grocery shopping  - In our area (Nofels) you can find a supermarket called Spar (Address: Rheinstraße 54) 

Ice cream parlor - A few meters away from us in the Rheinstraße 13 is the Kolibri ice cream factory. They offer delicious selfmade ice-cream! 

Laundry - Simply hand in the desired laundry at the reception and you will get it back clean and ironed the next day.  

Night entrance - After midnight you can enter the hotel through the main entrance with your room key. Otherwise you can let us know at any time and we will send you the door code.  

Opening hours of our Restaurant - Sunday to Thursday 6:30 am to midnight
Friday & Saturday: 6:30 am  to 1 pm.

Postcards  - You are very  welcome to leave your mail at the reception desk at any time.

Parkping - There are enough parking spaces all around our hotel which are free of charge for our guests. 

Pharmacy - Only a few meters away on the opposite side of the street you can find a pharmacy. 

Reception - Our reception is staffed from 6 am to 10 pm. 

Room Key - Please hand in your room key before you leave.

Smoking - Smoking is not permitted in our hotel rooms! 

Taxi -  If you need a ride, feel free to contact our staff and we will call a taxi for you. 

WIFI - You can log in easily and without password via our Loewen Guest Wlan!
